1. Orders

An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order for the reasons set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Any shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

3. Products

Our products are natural and may vary slightly in colour, size, texture and moisture. Product photos are for illustration. Please read the product information, including allergen information, before purchase. Almonds and walnuts are tree nuts.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for activity under your account.
